An organisation’s greatest compliance risk often isn’t in its filing cabinets — it’s in the behaviours, knowledge gaps, and unstructured processes of its people. Employees who don’t understand their rights or responsibilities. Managers who make disciplinary decisions without following due process. HR teams unaware of the latest amendments to labour laws.
TechnoHR’s corporate training programmes bridge these gaps. Our programmes are designed by experienced HR and legal compliance professionals, delivered in formats that engage real audiences — and built to satisfy both legal mandates and business growth objectives.

The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013 mandates that every organisation with 10 or more employees must conduct regular POSH awareness training.

Yes. Under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act, 2013, every organisation with 10 or more employees must conduct regular awareness programmes on POSH. They must also constitute an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), display information about the Act and ICC prominently, and file an annual report. TechnoHR provides full POSH compliance support including training, ICC constitution, and annual report preparation.
The POSH Act requires organisations to 'organise workshops and awareness programmes at regular intervals.' While the Act does not specify a fixed frequency, best practice (and most audit standards) recommend annual training as a minimum, with additional sessions when new employees join or when the Act is amended.

We typically recommend a minimum of 15 participants per session for effective group dynamics. For leadership or specialised programmes, smaller groups of 8–12 are possible. We also offer large-batch training for 100+ employees with structured facilitation.
Yes. All participants receive attendance certificates upon completion. For POSH training, we provide documentary proof suitable for compliance records and annual reports. Training MIS reports can also be provided for your records.

Absolutely. All our training programmes are customisable to your organisation's industry, size, culture, and specific compliance requirements. We begin with a brief needs assessment and then design a programme aligned to your objectives.
Non-compliance with the POSH Act can result in: a fine of up to ₹50,000 for first-time violations, doubling of fines and possible business licence cancellation for repeat violations, and significant reputational damage. Importantly, even if no complaint has been filed, regulators can penalise organisations for not having an ICC or not conducting awareness training.
